Municipal Stadium “Miltiadis Papantonakis”, LerosOn March 29, 2026, Leros Run 2026 will take place in Leros, with the start and finish at the “Miltiadis Papantonakis” Municipal Stadium.
The Leros Youth Gymnastics Association, in collaboration with the South Aegean Region, the Municipality of Leros and the Dodecanese Athletics Federation, organizes running races on public roads.
The event includes four running races (10, 5, 3 and 1.2 kilometers), covering both the needs of the most experienced runners and those who want to participate in a sporting activity for the first time.

Dedications
The 10 km and 5 km races are dedicated to Leros track athlete Giannis Virvilis, who made a lasting contribution to the local sports community.
The 3 kilometer race is dedicated to physical education teacher and coach Miltiadis Papantonakis, who contributed decisively to the development of sports in Leros and to the cultivation of sports education in younger generations.
